The BVI ACO along with all other NPOs are required to establish and maintain an appropriate Compliance Manual. The Executive Council is in the process of preparing a suitable document for the Association in order to ensure its compliance with the relevant legislation.
The draft of this document will be presented to the membership for commentary.
